Do I need to see samples in person if I only want White or Bright White?
If you are comfortable with our standard White or Bright White options and have selected your preferred louver size online, there is no need for an in-home visit. You can complete your order with confidence directly through our quote system.
What are the measurement requirements for online orders?
For inside mount shutters, your window frames must have a minimum of 2" of depth to accommodate the shutters. Please ensure your measurements are precise before submitting.
What if I need an outside mount or I'm unsure about my measurements?
If your project requires an outside mount, or if you feel unsure about measuring your own windows, we highly recommend booking a free in-home consultation. Our experts will handle the measurements and ensure a perfect fit.
Can I get a refund if my shutters don't fit?
Because every shutter is custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes provided during the online quote process. Double-checking your dimensions is essential for a successful order.
